Until a couple of minutes ago I wasn't even able to reach the forum and as it's linked to Lugaer's website, I presume the technical staff must be working on the problem right now.

Oh my dear ,I suspect that all that HYIP project sometime just will be dissapeared...Some days ago I try to invest some money in Lugaer,but,thank's GOD,I cant' to do that,because from my e-gold account it will be impossible,the # account of Lugaer was incorrect or disappeared...so take care!
I try soney-biz,they pay,but lie too...I 'm invest 30 $ for 4 days under 28%,they should back me 63.6$,but they pay me only 33.6$,very funny mathematics,so I'm received only 3.59 not 63.6$ as they wrote on Hyip.com in their calculator.

You should check your calculations, soney-biz is correct.
You got $8.4 interest a day for 4 days which is $33.6. It would only be $63.6 if your principle was returned.
You should be careful of calculator or hyip.com as it doesn't show true return. work it out for yourself, it's better

I do believe leedonnie is a  DREAM STEALER of the 1st order. It appears he has gone from forum to forum and contributed nothing but derogatory and snide comments designed to kill Hope. We ALL know that hyips are not only high yield, they are also high risk and that is something we accept going in. That's why we spread our risk instead of putting everything into one basket. To do otherwise is foolish and intellectually dishonest. We are all adults and aware of the risks.
Well, Lugaerinvest is now back up, at least for the time being and Hope is still alive. Will it last forever? Only time will tell. Most hyips don't last forever and it hurts when they go away but they can change people's lives while they are up if people spread risk and use their brains. They come, they go. We all know that, we DON'T need dream stealers!!!

well said, johngalt. i share your thoughts on HYIPs and in Lugaer, i fully agree that hope is still here. admin replies to queries and when he says, site will be up in a few hours...site is up in a few hours....some people just don't have patience as a virtue...

Funny, I've been getting into the site, mayhap it just doesn't like you. It has been up and down several times, as it might if there were a Denial of Service Attack or another technical problem but it always seems to come back up one more time than it goes down. Guess you just have to catch it while it's up. But they're still paying, two of my local friends I referred to the site got paid today even with the site down. You just seem to take such glee in attacking people and trying to discourage them. I feel sorry for what life must have done to you to make you like that. Be well and I hope things pick up for you.

Perhaps this tells the story. As the site has grown they appear to have found it necessary to upgrade their host and server software to serve the increased traffic. Mayhap all the gnashing of teeth and sack cloth and ashes have been premature... Ok but if they are trying to give us better service why they dont give us our money back or continues paying,is not so dificult or give us a right explanation..
Admin said yesterday that web site will be avalable in some hours but we dont see not home page and dont see the admin either given his face to the situacion,so Admin confront our situacion and better talk that be silence.

Hey Galt, I'm with you. Apparently we have a whole bunch of newbies here who are nervous nellies!! I have been with three sites in the past that either had either Egold, hacker or DDOS problems and they all recouped and are doing better than ever even though they were down for over a month!! After your in this for a bit you realize that tech problems do happen and only remember BAD THINGS DO HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE. I have faith they will be fine!! Give them a break, and let's all try to be optomistic rather than gloomy gusses!

Thank you Gbangham. Newbies is right. Everything I see here is indicative of site managers trying to prepare for a big future. Of course, I could be wrong but the indicators are that these guys are trying to do the right thing. I have seen sites go down for months and STILL come back up and pay out. Not many, not often, but it does happen now and then. And then I can't think of ANY that I personally know of that have lasted as long as I've been watching hyips so, in the end MOST of them go down in flames maybe. But if you've used your brain and spread your risk and taken your profits from time to time you'll not likely have reason to complain. You go in knowing that better than 50% of the hyip sites are probably scammers and you behave accordingly. Study, learn what the indicators are, accept that sometimes you'll be burned but if you use your head you can even make money from a scammer if you can read the signs and get out before they dissapear. It should be called hrip/hyip = High Risk Investment Program/High Yield Investment Program. We sit here, with our hands out, greedily grasping yield and reward totally unimaginable in normal investment circles and expect to quadrupple our money again and again and again WITHOUT RISK??? I DON'T THINK SO!!!! Let us have at least some remnant shreds of intellectual honesty folks. I don't know about you but I fully intend to reinvest right here in Lugaer Invest (while at the same time spreading my risk in half a dozen other hyips). You don't have to win ALL the time in this arena, just some of the time can be very rewarding too. Just don't start your hyip career with your last $20.00!

Not exactly a newbie here, doing this for about 8 years. The site has nothing to do with payouts, they can pay from their e-currency history and still work on the site. No payments, this ponzi is out of money!!
